The best 4 days of my life! It was only possible because of the one and only DAN the wanna be GRAND! lol
I don't think I could ever stop talking about our adventures. 8D
Day 12
I made my way out of Dreamville and headed to Brussels station. From now I would need to train it back to London and pick up my luggage. I had a flight that was due at night flying to Ibiza, Spain. Everything was going well, bags checked in and through to the terminal. My flight was at 19:25. I had 40 minutes to kill before take off. I opened up my laptop to occupy time. I looked at the time19:40 and thought to myself there is still plenty of time. WAIT!! wasn't my flight suppose to leave 15 minutes ago? PANICKED! Yes I did. The lady at the counter asked me to stay put and wait to be decontrolled. Too determined to make it onto the last flight, I hustled the lady and she booked me onto the last flight after giving an extra 60 pounds. The last seat was sold to me. Pheww! With only 50 minutes till departure, she took the initiative to decontrol me herself and re-check me in. We made it. We hugged each other and bid our farewells. She was anxious too as she shouldn't have booked me onto this flight with so little time. Thank You. Arrived in Ibiza at 2am and everyone was out dancing. I decided to end the night early and get enough rest to tackle the coming days.
Day 13
I was suppose to leave on the 1st of August while everyone departs on the 2nd. G talked up this boat party so high that it made me extend my stay, costing me about €500 and a needed two night stay in Barcelona. Stephanie aka my dose of daily drug lead us to Bora Bora where beach front restaurant with pumping music is scattered all over. We opted to be as Spanish as can be with countless jugs of sangria & of course paella. Yummy in my tum tum. The rest of the crew decided to play downer and head back to the apartment. I was convinced to stay back and beach it with Steph, Nat & Dan aka the TEAM!! It was this same day I discovered my fondness of Stephanie. There will never be a boring party when she's around. Time really flies when you are having so much fun.
It was midnight and what does that mean in Ibiza? it's time to partyyyy!! we hit amnesia, where Afrojack was spinning tonight. It was also this night that I discovered the likes for deep house. DEEEEEEP HOUSEEE. It was also this night I found my partner in crime. you know who you are!!!! I never thought I would find someone that is on the same level as me and because of this I knew Ibiza was going to be EPIC! I never wanted this night to end. Before we knew it, the music stopped and we needed to leave. NOOOO.
To live up to #TEAMNOSLEEP, we hit up a bottle shop and watched the sunrise on the beach. It was finally 12pm and it was time to call it a night.
Quote of the day: 'I have plenty of time in the world~'
Day 14
Unfortunately there was no sleep as of yet. We showered and headed out for a super late lunch. After lunch I managed pull through an hour nap and it was time for Ushuaia. Pool party with the likes of Sebastian Ingrosso & Axwell spinning us high till midnight. Another epic episode. Typical us, we didn't want this to end. It was too early. We jumped straight into Space, where AN21 & Max Vangeli was playing. Time really flies when you are having fun!! It was time to call it another end. *cries*
Day 15
This was my extended day! BOAT PARTY! Bring it on! All aboard!
Wait! It was definitely not the party I imagined in my mind. G! you liar. You talked it up so high. You failed me. Luckily I had the presence of 'The Team' and it made the party better than it was actually.
We docked at some small island that I forgot its name and hired bikes. So we rode, rode and rode. Half went left and we decided to go right. This is where it all started. We arrived at a different beach on the island. Parked and explored. The water was so cold. I was convinced to swim to this large rock. Ok fine! It was now our rock. In no time we had our continuous verbal diarrhea. Life is too good without drama. We didn't want to leave the rock. It was the perfect spot. We had no sense of time and decided to play clock. We allowed ourselves another 15 minutes before swimming back. I think this 15 minutes may have been an hour( I could possibly be exaggerating)? Who knows. The only reason we got up and left was because we wanted ice cream. Not just any ice cream but coconut ice creammmmmm!
SHIT! As we rode back to the port, we slowly watched our boat sail off. OOPS! The expression on our faces were priceless, no flinch. We didn't care. We jut wanted ice cream. So we stayed on the island for another hour eating our ice cream. It was not the end of the world. We hopped into a commercial ferry and sailed back. I can honestly say, it beats being on that boat anyways.
We docked at Ibiza Town. AMAZING! I couldn't believe there was a different feel on this island besides the partying scene. Beautiful. It was here I believed in the Europe I have dreamt of. Doing it our way, we navigated our way by foot back to the apartment.
We arrived back and was gearing up to face the crowd. We didn't know how everyone would react once we return. We did go missing. We did miss the boat and to make things worse I had possession of someone's wallet. Oops!
Everyone was off to Pacha! As we were on a shoestring we gave it a pass but not to partying though. Everyone had their luggage packed. Our flights were in the morning. Everyone had plans to be back by 6am and straight to the Airport. It was midnight and everyone left.
Now it was 3am and it was our turn to start the party. We were told Privilege was free entrance. We arrived and got lied to. We still made our way in. The crowd was unusual and different. You need to go and experience yourself. The whole scene was different but we were not bothered because we knew we would managed to find our own little grove. In no time, we fitted in.
Again, we didn't want it to end. It was 6amand we didn't leave. We were pushing for time. We left later than scheduled. We made our way back to our separate apartments and found ourselves isolated. We were left behind. Everyone was gone.
It was only 7am when I arrived at the airport. I was still too early for my flight. I still felt energised and the feeling of chilling did not work for me.
I was alone at this point. OMG! we were reunited again. What do we do best of? We pulled through many High 5s and laughed our way through security. We were in such a bad shape but full of energy. We found a few of the crew and they were half dead. I think we were the trouble makers, never wanting to stop and I could imagine most annoyed at us but I don't care!!
I was homeless as this point and needed to book accommodation asap
We were on the same flight. See you in Barcelona!
There was a few things that could not be disclosed in this blog. It was something that definitely played a big part on our experience. HAAA HAAAA
My experience in Ibiza was unreal and even this post cannot fully describe my feelings towards it. There was too much that unfolded and too much details for it. Nobody in this world would understand. Thankfully I had that much needed person to share this memory with. Don't you worry, these memories will be in my head forever. Ibiza wouldn't have been the same without you. I would not change a thing about it. It was the time of my life. I hope you feel the same way too!
thankssssssssssssa 💜
